PRE-OWNED PROCESS DELIVERY WARRANTY

Since 1989, DCD has been providing fully rebuilt and Certified Pre-Owned (CPO) copiers to the copier manufacturer and dealer community. Our Pre-Owned Copiers are the best than money can buy and our backed by the finest warranty in the business.

All of our products go through a rigorous pre-screening process. The copier is thoroughly tested in all modes to ensure that it is a viable candidate. Once accepted into our process all units are immediately updated to the most recent level of operation software. Then they move into the process.

Just like a Lexus automobile, DCD starts out with a clean and low mileage unit which was typically returned to us from and end of lease or repossession. We put each of these units through a 100 step process to ensure that it performs perfectly for you. We start out by stripping all of the panels from the machine and sending them to our cleaning department. Then the copier is disassembled by our technicians. New parts are then installed in each CPO unit from a mandatory parts list that includes over 40 new parts. Then the copier is re-installed and goes through the first of several quality tests.

We want to make this an easy and pleasant experience for you. So, once you place your order our logistics department will go to work to arrange your delivery in the quickest and safest manner possible. We have contracts with most of the National Air Ride Shippers. They specialize in the movement of high value merchandise. This takes a little longer but is clearly the "white glove treatment". If you need your copier more urgently, then we will palletize it and expedite it with a common carrier. They will remove it from the pallet at your facility and bring it inside for you.

Whichever way we ship your copier, rest assured that it has been carefully packaged. We shrink wrap the copier. Then we put cardboard corner boards on all four corners. Then we bubble wrap the copier and finally shrink wrap it one last time. It virtually is totally protected. Your copier should arrive within 10-14 business days.

Please note that all are copiers include free shipping up to a $400.00 limit. If you have unusual delivery requirements or excessive weight you would be responsible for the charges in excess of $400.00.

WARRANTY

DCD is so confident in our Certified pre-owned process that we cover all of our copiers for a full 90 days after the date of delivery. During the shipping process, it is not unusual for vibration to occur which may cause slight adjustments that are needed. Therefore, we require your copier to be installed by a certified copier dealer. You bear the cost for these installation services, as well as the “labor-only” charges for any potential adjustments. Installation of the copier by anyone other than an authorized service provider will void this warranty. Please ask your sales person to assist you with establishing a relationship with your local authorized service provider.
