A copier is a big expense. They do require regular maintenance. We would encourage you to purchase a maintenance agreement to protect your investment. Our staff is here to assist you. We have relationships with several authorized national service providers that offer excellent support at very fair prices. If you have a local dealer that you already have a relationship with, then by all means contact them to get a quote for a maintenance agreement. Most agreements will include all of your consumable supplies (i.e. toner, developer and oil). Most do not include paper and staples. Again, please use your sales person as a resource to help you with any questions on this decision.
